Getting there. Buses run from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz in about 20 minutes. Taxis cost approximately 30 EUR to Interplace Hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Puerto de la Cruz is best explored on foot, as the roads are narrow and many of them are one way. There is a good bus system which is inexpensive and relatively reliable, although it doesn't go everywhere and can take a long time to get to many destinations. Taxis are inexpensive but prices should be fixed before leaving. A car is recommended for exploring more of the island.

Follow the signs to Puerto de la Cruz, about 4.2 kilometres on the main road TF31.
