Hotel Features.Al Manshar Rotana Hotel has a roof top swimming pool which offers panoramic views of the harbour and Arabian Gulf. There is also an outdoor spa tub, steam room, sauna, massage treatment room and gym. Multilingual staff can arrange airport transfers (surcharge) and advise on tours and excursions, and there is 24 hour room service. A complimentary shuttle bus runs into the city centre and a private walkway connects the hotel with two shopping centres. Secure garage parking is also available (surcharge).
Al Manshar Rotana Hotel offers a choice of dining options, including Failaka, a sleek, modern restaurant serving a choice of international dishes. Bay View is a roof top restaurant situated beside the pool and overlooking the sea, and City Caf? serves a selection of light snacks, pastries, teas and coffees in the lobby.

Taxis have metres, but fares are more commonly negotiated. The government owned Kuwait Public Transportation Company operates bus services throughout Kuwait City. Driving in the city centre is not recommended for visitors.
Driving directions. From the airport take the exit for the sixth ring road in the direction of Messilah, and join the 30th (Fahaheel Express Way) in the direction of Fahaheel. Take Exit 213 for Fahaheel and at the first roundabout turn left. After around 300 metres at the next roundabout, take the second exit and the hotel is around 500 metres ahead.
